Australia Post have advised that implementation of appropriate social distancing and additional hygiene measures have taken place, which is slowing down their workflow processes and affecting delivery times across all channels. Our overseas carrier has advised us that with such a significant drop in international transport, they have had to temporarily suspend certain delivery routes and ship by sea to others. With so much uncertainty we are unable to offer an appropriate level of service, and until further notice we will not be able to offer delivery of merchandise lines to anywhere beyond Australia and New Zealand. We will continue to sea freight subscription copies for as long as this is feasible.
We are sorry for the delay this will cause, but with uncertainty around when flights will resume to carry commercial freight we need to continue to ship your copies. If you would like to suspend your subscription until air freight resumes you can do so at any time by contacting Subscriber Services.

All Australian deliveries are fulfilled by Australia Post. International deliveries are made via a combination of international courier and local post services.

Australian & New Zealand delivery:
- Monthly publications: Please allow four to six weeks for delivery of your first issue
- Bi-monthly publications: Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of your first issue
- Back issues and Merchandise: Please allow two to four weeks for delivery
A note to our valued international readers: we’re continuing to send your subscription copies. However, we’re experiencing delivery delays due to the impact of covid-19 on international freight. Please follow this link for more information.

Please allow 24 hours for delivery of this email. Please ensure emails from audiencemedia.com are not marked as spam/junk by your email provider.
Your email will be your account login – before electing the email with which you sign up (for yourself or as a gift for another), please consider that it will host all communications regarding your digital subscription access and delivery of your new issues. When purchasing a digital subscription, customers will gain immediate access to the issue currently on newsstands. In the case of purchasing as a gift and supplying the recipients email address, please be aware that a notification of the new digital access will be delivered immediately to the recipients email address.
Digital Issues will be released concurrently with print publication on sale dates – if you are a print subscriber, your publication may arrive in the post prior to this release date.
